Product notes

California’s 2021 growing season was dry with budbreak in early March. Harvest began in early August. The resulting grapes were picked at the optimal ripeness while still maintaining their concentrated flavors and balanced acidity.

Production notes

William Hill Estate Winery offers rich and expressive Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon and other Bordeaux varietal wines from select vineyards in Napa Valley and the California coast. Our collection is rooted in the character of the unique, rolling hills of our 200-acre estate in the heart of the Silverado Bench in Napa Valley, crafted through the vision of winemaker Mark Williams, thoughtful vineyard planning and meticulous attention in the cellar.

Tasting notes

Our 2021 William Hill California Chardonnay opens with aromas of apple and pear. The rich, fruit-forward palate showcases notes of baked apple with hints of tropical fruit that lead to a balanced finish.

Un Chardonnay simple et direct, avec des notes de pop-corn, d'allumettes, de citron Meyer, de pêche jaune et de nectarine.
